"Bush Lied, Soldiers Died." The Lancet and Johns Hopkins tell us that around 650,000 Iraqis died too, but in an effort to "sell it" to die-hard "patriots" I guess sometimes you pitch it to self-interest, if enlightened self-interest doesn't work...?
